    Changing habits

    As mum sad, go to bad early and get up early.
    but not only that, I try to list it, in that way I'll able to check out if the change brought good things or not! I hope so!!!!

    1) sleep early, get up early
    2) don't work so hard and take time to relax (I like it Wink) (so don't work from dawn to dusk)
    3) take time just for very important things to me (something very very important)
    4) don't worry too much about every thing, sometimes just let them go!!! (positive point of view could be help)
    5) keep in touch with people I care
    6) spend less time on PC, especially on facebook 

    and for anything else let's see next year.....

    my books

      Finlay I received the books that delivered by my self from ShangHai, it have taken  too much time, almost 3 months. any way I've get that I want, only think is that, it takes me so much energy and time. when I was back last Friday I waited tram for more than 30 minutes under a what cold temperature, because there was a "fiera" in the castle.

    I'm just recovered from a long and unusual flu, I felt so bad in this last 2 weeks added the group works, It was one of the worse time in my life.

    I really should take care much more my healthy, I think I'll give up some my hobby or at least to reduce it.
